Returns and cancellations

For non-personalised clothing, our existing returns offer covers items returned in their original condition and packaging within 25 days of purchase.

UK online customers also have the right to tell us they wish to cancel an eligible order within 14 days of receiving it, then a further 14 days to return it. This right is separate from our returns offer. We refund eligible cancellations, including standard outbound delivery, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or evidence of return. You pay return postage for a change of mind.

Personalised items

Items made to your specifications or clearly personalised are excluded from change-of-mind cancellation. Please check names, sizes and colours before ordering.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Personalisation does not remove your rights if an item is faulty, not as described or incorrect. Contact us so we can arrange the appropriate remedy and return costs.
