UK dispatch and delivery

For UK orders, please allow up to 3 days for dispatch. Standard UK delivery usually takes a further 2–3 days after dispatch. These are estimates; personalisation time and delivery time are separate.

UK delivery

Standard UK delivery is free. The available paid delivery options and their prices are shown at checkout. A next-day delivery service refers to transit after dispatch, not delivery the day after placing a personalised order.

Bridal delivery

Bridal items use the same standard UK dispatch and delivery estimates above. Next-day delivery is not available for the bridal range. Bridal pieces are sent separately by our fulfilment partner and may arrive separately from other items. Bridal delivery is currently available to UK addresses only.

United States delivery

Standard US delivery is free for our thongs and lingerie sets. Each personalised order needs processing before dispatch, followed by international transit. Next-day delivery is not available for US orders.

US delivery takes longer than the UK estimates above. For a current delivery estimate, especially before ordering for a particular date, email info@lureclothing.co.uk. The bridal range is currently available for UK delivery only.

Other international orders

Available destinations and delivery charges are shown at checkout. Delivery times vary by destination. Any import duties or local charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient.

Time-sensitive orders

If you need an item for a wedding, trip or another particular date, email info@lureclothing.co.uk before ordering so we can confirm whether your date is achievable.

Help with delivery

Check your delivery address carefully. If you notice an error or your order is late, missing or damaged, contact us with your order number. We will help resolve the issue. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
