How do I personalise my piece?
Choose your style and available size, enter your name or word, then check the spelling before adding to your bag. The text preview is illustrative; letter style and placement follow your chosen product.
When will my order arrive?
Our published shipping guidance allows 3 days before dispatch, followed by approximately 2–3 days for delivery. These are estimates, not a guaranteed arrival date. Contact us before ordering for a specific occasion.
How do I choose the right size?
Use the size options on each product and our Sizing & Care guide. If you are between sizes or shopping for someone else, contact us before personalising.
Can I return a personalised item?
Please read our Refunds and Returns page and contact us before ordering if you are unsure about a personalised purchase. For a faulty or incorrect item, email Info@lureclothing.co.uk with your order details.
Can I send this as a gift?
Absolutely—choose a name or word that means something to them. For bridal dates or special delivery requirements, contact us before placing your order.
